xN Studio ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.xnasozistudio.com website and the www.xnasozistudio.com mobile application (the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
First name and last name
Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
Cookies and Usage Data
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Refunds and Exchanges
xN Studio will be happy to exchange or replace a damaged item within 30 days of original shipment. Items for exchange must be returned before the replacement is dispatched. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but unfortunately we cannot honor requests that are: 1) based on color discrepancy; 2) change of heart or 3) Transit delays caused by the USPS (please see additional information below). Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged. Store credit will be issued in these cases. Return of Made-to-Order purchases are also subject to review. If there is an issue, please message an image(s) along with a detailed description to initiate the process.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if item is damaged while in transit.
***Colors may differ slightly depending on your computer or smartphone screen. Swatches can be mailed by request for no additional fee.
